Ryan is on a professional quest to close the margin between the educational and entertainment industry standards, thereby, persuading Generation Z and Millennials to embrace Medical and STEMlearning opportunities in greater numbers. Ryan’s Visualization Forge is all about ‘hammering out’ ideas into living realities through R&D, Story-boarding, 3D Asset Development, Illustration, and Animation.As a sidebar to his passion for Medical Illustration, fed by formal specialized medical / anatomical education, Ryan is captivated by the science fiction genre and enjoys opportunities to explore turning science fiction into science fact.Ryan completed his Masters’ degree (MS) in Biomedical Visualization at the University of Illinois at Chicago, with a capstone Paleontological Project Study focused on Digital Reconstruction and subsequent 3D animation of the Deltadromeus Agilis fossil from cross-sectional data. Added projectsinclude: 1) Molecular Pharmacology visualization of Macitentan's role in Ovarian Cancer prevention ; 2) Med-Legal 2D animation of achalasia and gastric pull up procedure ; 3) Clinical Orthopedic Study ; and a variety of other projects.Software Expertise: Pixologic ZBrush, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Autodesk 3ds Max, C#/C++, Microsoft Office Suite, Materializes Mimics Ryan earned his B.S. and B.A. in Biomedical engineering and Illustration respectively from Northern Illinois University with studies centered on Prosthetic Feedback Systems and Advanced Illustration Techniques, with special projects including studies in 3d Modeling, Story Boarding, and Concept Construction in traditional and digital media.
