S. Air Force as well as the headquarters for United States Strategic Command and over 30 other organizations. Managed requirements document process ensuring timely installation of analog/digital telephone lines, data circuits and special purpose circuits, Automatic Call Distribution, fiber optic multiplexers and channel bank equipment. Directed and supervised trunk provisioning up to and including the T1 level. Administered 2,500 account voice mail system. Supervised operation and database administrator of the Telecommunications Management System to record circuit information related to base-wide telecommunications systems. Generated customer bills for long distance services, ensuring payment of $35K monthly bill.
