-Coordinate and conduct QA of applications to ensure a successful deployment.-Support Kaon Project Managers by performing the following key tasks:-Provide overall backup and support for Project Managers, day-to-day-Work plans & status notes follow up-Confirm overdue tasks are updated accordingly.-Copy + Content Updates-Project Reconciliations & Launch announcements-Internal/External Meeting notes & organization -Organize and integrate client collateral (pdfs, videos, etc.) into Kaon’s Collateral Management System.-Draft contractor/vendor work orders and communicate with contractors/vendors-PDF capture of completed applications app screenshots and for client regulatory-SaaS Project follow ups + updates-Prepare and coordinate product photo shoots: -create shot-lists to review with Project Managers prior to photoshoot; -Wrike project set-up-Create Wrike Presales Folder from Salesforce Opportunity-Create Wrike Project from Software Component(s) in Salesforce; pulling in correct Wrike blueprint; attaching project Estimate Worksheet and SOW to Wrike project; populating Estimated Cost (from Estimate Worksheet) and Revenue (from SOW $) adding custom fields; applying rollup and aggregation, etc. -Oversee and coordinate Kaon marketing and internal initiative projects.
