Manage suppliers and lead times for goods to support various customers and projects. I had to negotiate, find creative solutions, and implement systems both internally and externally to ensure our deliverables were meeting customer demand. My first major project was identifying material shortages across two of our main CCA suppliers and doing whatever I could to reduce lead time fo the goods for our customers, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and the US Army and Air Force.I reduced the lead time for said CCAs from four years to one year for the first units shipped by identifying material shortages, tracking who had what, and finding alternative sources for those materials.

Created an inventory tracking system which allowed the shipping department to talk to the planning and procurement department to reduce overhead, stress, and errors leading to late deliveries.
