As a selected participant of the Future M.D.s+ 2021 in STEM National Summer Program, I communicated with a variety of Medical and STEM-Related Professionals: Neurologists & Genetics Fellows, Ph.D. Researchers, M.D. Candidates, BS/MD Researchers, Nurse Practitioners, Cardiologists, Physiatrists, International Doctors, and more! I participated in hands-on CPR, Mock Diagnosing, Mock Triaging, Medical Debate, as well as Interactive Workshops in Medicine and STEM. I was able to collaborate and participate in a program cohort of nearly 800 students and gained a first-hand insight into the medical & STEM fields.
