Current• Onboarded over 40 box offices to SeatGeek's merchant platform by implementing e-commerce, MOTO, and card present payment solutions• Streamlined token migration process to enable flexibility and maneuverability across a variety of 3rd party payment integrations• Worked with Product to validate and roll out new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for our proprietary ticketing software• Conducted regular status meetings with internal teams and external partners to track progress against established milestones• Resolved, triaged, and acted as a subject matter expert across client and internal support cases• Managed scheduling, agendas, and wiki documentation• Led and developed programming for SeatGeek's LGBTQ+ employee resource group (QueerGeeks) from 2021-2023
