The companies sister company, Strathlucan Distribution, required a robust Warehouse Management System (WMS) solution for its distribution centre. Transitioning from the companies first software engineer to the technical teams manager, I was tasked with building and leading the technology team from the ground up.Grew the team to 8 software engineers, and established a vital partnership with a Toronto-based post-secondary Academic Institution for the delivery of a future co-collaborated MVP; based on our comprehensive 70+ page technical document.Managed and led three projects, focusing mainly on the delivery of the WMS to meet the businesses immediate needs. Developed the WMS using a modern tech stack consisting of Flutter, Express.js, Heroku, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.

Joining as the first Software Engineer at Duang Stores Corp., spearheading the creation of a marketplace emulation software solution designed to simulate the operations of 8 unique company brands across more than 8 online platforms, including Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes. Utilizing Python, PowerShell, and Oracle VirtualBox, the software adeptly emulated 64 online presences, streamlining workflow by consolidating what would otherwise require 64 separate tablets. This enhancement significantly improved the company's capacity to manage and optimized operational efficiency across the multiple platforms.

The Ignition Development Program is a 2 year leadership program that focuses on building future technology leaders through work experience, targeted development, training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The program consists of 4 rotations within different departments of the bank.
