Also acts in the capacity of dispute avoidance consultant auditing proposed contracts and providing an independent review of live projects.Regularly appointed as expert witness in matters of quantum and technical with experience as a single joint expert. Given evidence and been cross examined in adjudication, international arbitration and litigation (TCC).
