It was a joint program between Communication Faculty of Sciences of Universitas Padjadjaran and Communication Faculty of University of Erfurt. The big theme for Indonesian Excursion was Transformation of Media System and Communication Cultures in Indonesian from Military Regime to Democracy and Civil Supremacy. Ryan was teamed up with 3 German students under the sub theme of Popular Culture in Indonesia. In October 2016, Ryan went to Germany as a part of Indonesian team for research.

Ryan took part as a contributor of Communication Faculty of Science Unpad's website. He currently write articles regarding activities that are and will be held in Fikom Unpad. Also, Ryan took part as an MC for several events

As a protocol officer in the university, one of the biggest responsibilities are being a team to organize the graduation ceremony. There are many elements in the event, such as MC, Liaison Officer, and many more.

Ryan was chosen by the university to assist new international students in Universitas Padjadjaran during their field trip and also the opening ceremony. During the trip, Ryan introduced them some of Indonesian culture and heritage, such as Batik Lembang, and many places for tourist destination. He was also chosen to be the Master of Ceremony (MC) for the whole event.

Ryan was responsible as a Liaison Officer of Malaysian Seminar Participants. He was also responsible as an interpreter, a notulen for parallel session "Social Security" subtheme.

Ryan was responsible to look for event partnership from many companies in order to support this event with money donation, selling products, such as Bank Indonesia, BNI, Mandiri, etc

Student Day is an annual event which held every August as a part of Welcoming New Students in Universitas Padjadjaran. As a Project Officer, he had the responsibility for his own Student Activity, which is Protocol Officer. He had to build booth to attract new students to join and also had to make a show presentation in front of eight thousand new students as well

As an alumni of exchange student to Ajou University, South Korea, Ryan has the responsibility to be an assessor for next term selection. He works as a team with other alumnies selecting people from our university to be a delegation of Indonesia.

Ryan was selected through a competitive process by Padjadjaran University as an exchange student in Ajou University,South Korea. In this term, He got an opportunity to study as an International Student in South Korea for two until three months. He studied and lived together with students who come f r o m around the world. Ryan got not only formal classes, but also in informal ones, l i k e , Hyundai Company Visit, Samsung Company Visit, Ajou Summer Festival, etc. He got GPA 4.5 which is the highest GPA in Korea

Ryan and a senior lecturer from Communication Faculty of Sciences in Universitas Padjadjaran were chosen to represent Indonesia in an international conference that was held in Kobe, Japan. Both of them presented a paper which they created with a title of "Intercultural Communication Model of Tolaki Tribe in Multicultures Government Structure in South Konawe District, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia".

In January, Ryan was chosen to be the winner of #wuJudkanmomenmu Internship Challenge by PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia. As the winner, Ryan was entitled to some prizes, such as internship opportunity for a month, Samsung Galaxy J5, and monthly allowance

Ryan was chosen to be one of the speakers in The 13th International Conference on Social Sciences Research (ICSSR) in Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok, Thailand. Ryan was praised for his performance, including his communication skills to convey the paper that he submitted. The paper was about The Role of Graffiti and Murals as Alternative Public Sphere. It will be published in international journal in 2016.

I was chosen by the Rectorate of Universitas Padjadjaran to represent the university in the international conference and exhibition. I had the responsibility to prepare the design of Unpad's booth in this enormous event, to give information to almost 1000 participants about the university, and also to make press releases regarding the event on Unpad's website.

As an intern, Ryan has the responsibility to be involved in real projects. He also helped his mentor to manage quarterly and monthly reports. Furthermore, He had the chance to make some insights from the result of data analytics and joined weekly meetings with clients. Beside that, as a part of Summer Internship Program, interns had the chance to make Jakarta Smart City Program which will be proposed to the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama

Ryan was selected through a competitive process from hundreds of applicants. He had the chance to know SCG's Company Profile and also had some leadership classes from the experts to develop participants skills.

Ryan was selected as a Liaison Officer in this event. He had the chance to assist the CEO and also the founder of Priceline.com Mr. Jeff Hoffman. He had the opportunity to pick him up at the airport and the Gala Dinner in the House of The Ambassador of The United States for Indonesia, and also an event in Bank Indonesia

Ryan was selected as a Liaison Officer from UNPAD for international students. There were 500 students from around the world and he had the chance to accompany international students from Serbia, Poland,Hungary, Venezuela, South Korea, and Lithuania. He was also selected as MC for this event

Ryan was selected through a competitive process to be a Liaison Officer in this event. He had an opportunity to pick up all Chief Executive Officers (CEO) at the airport and accompany the CEO of major airlines around the world, such as Kenya Airways, TAROM (Romanian Airlines). Also accompany Minister of Tourism and Creative Economics, Mrs. Mari Elka Pangestu

Ryan was responsible as a Liaison Officer in this event. He was also the one who took care participants during this program until they finished the schedule. There were hundreds of international students at that time, such as from Laos, Myanmar, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Czech Republic, and many more
