As a service engineer, I support hundreds of airlines and tens of thousands of aircraft flying around the world. My position requires that I use both my technical knowledge of propulsion systems and communication skills to provide world class customer service. I enjoy travel (whether for personal or business) and always have an interest in education and training to further my career development. Previously, I interfaced with multiple disciplines such as design engineering, finance and supply chain as a warranty representative to our customer support organization. I also led projects to provide solutions to safety and economic issues on different parts of the aircraft. Whereas I have spent most of my career in the commercial realm, I have also supported military programs to facilitate the customer’s needs for a highly productive fleet. I am always looking for positions that match my skillset, whether within the aerospace industry or outside of it.
