I am a firm believer that, when framed properly, setbacks and failures are tremendous opportunities for growth and self-reflection. Utilizing a practitioner-scholar approach, I draw upon my professional and academic background to implement competitive strategies that forge new pathways for process improvement and cost reduction. To put it plainly: I’m driven to exceed expectations, not just meet goals.My leadership philosophy is best summed up using the words of Sheryl Sandberg: “Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.” My greatest goal is to cultivate a workplace culture rich with collaboration, accountability, and autonomy. I want each team member under my leadership to feel seen, heard, and valued not only professionally, but also personally.
