Pioneered the first curriculum dedicated for the Navy’s SAR Medical Technicians at NMCP. Training curriculum consists of weekly scenarios that involve Paramedic and Critical Care level patient as well as TCCC scenarios. Scenarios include the use of SimMan 3g, TOM manikins, MATT manikins, OB manikins and 3 in 1 TCCC trainers. Well educated in all software and operations of simulations hardware.

-Performs duties as a mission payload operator/sensor operator on the MQ-8B. Employs airborne sensors to acquire, track and monitor airborne, maritime and ground objects. -Conducts reconnaissance and surveillance of potential targets and areas of interest. Detects, analyzes and discriminates between valid and invalid targets using synthetic aperture radar, electro-optical, low-light, and infrared full-motion video imagery.- Utilizes laser target marking systems to provide target identification and illumination for onboard weapons delivery, and in support of other combat assets. Also responsible for terminal weapons guidance.- Researches and studies target imagery, friendly and enemy orders of battle, and offensive and defensive capabilities from various sources. Assembles target sources. Assembles target information, locates forces, and determines hostile intentions and possible tactics.

As the senior enlisted representative for the SAR Medical Technician community. I work as a direct liaison between the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery and the SMT community. I provide feedback on our manning, training deficiencies, retention issues, placement and the overall pulse and wellbeing of our only flight prehospital medical asset in the Navy.

Responsible for providing pre-deployment training to personnel with the knowledge and skills required to provide medical care in a combat environment following the principles of pre-hospital trauma life support and the guidelines and mission of Tactical Combat Casualty Care.

As a volunteer, I was responsible for responding to advanced and basic life support incidents inside the City limits and the County to cover an area of 220 square miles. We averaged approximately 2,100 EMS calls a year. As a volunteer I averaged 48 - 90 hours a month.
