I gained significant technical knowledge of OBD-1 and OBD-2 systems, as well as steering, braking, suspension, fuel management, cooling, emissions, exhaust, electrical, starting and charging, HVAC, engine mechanical and body design, as well as general repair and maintenance procedures in gasoline, diesel and hybrid vehicles.In the wood and wood products industry, I performed wholesale sales and marketing functions including the design of marketing and communications materials for laminated, pre-finished, and raw plywood products. Clients ranged in a variety of industries including construction, transportation, furniture, cabinetry, bakery, sortation, audio/musical, staging, die board manufacturing and others. These years of work experience outside of insurance, particularly within the Automotive industry, affords me the ability to better understand opportunities present for Commercial Auto.
