I am grateful to be working into my second year with HockeyWolf as warehouse manager, team production logistics and shipping and receiving. I have done a fair bit of everything with this company in the last year, but mostly order fulfilment and warehouse organization/inventory. I have essentially built processes for this developing company and have worked to help hold salesman accountable to helping keep inventory as close as possible. I onboarded over a million dollars in inventory in June, almost single handedly, with some help with the offloading, but the bulk of the organization and adding to the system was placed on my shoulders, all the while, fulfilling orders from that inventory and keeping up with shipping and receiving at the production facility. It has been a true test of learning how to manage my time and others to make this division as accurate as possible. I have felt truly needed in this position and has allowed me to pursue coaching hockey further.This is also my second season as Head Coach of the HS 19U girls hockey team. I have learned a great deal over the last year and have upgraded key components to this team. I sought out help from others to aide in the coaching effort to be able to provide the best experience possible and continue the quest for a State Championship. I upgraded my practice plan approach by using software that allows me to plan and communicate to the team beforehand the drills and objectives of the days practice. It has proven to be a game changer in helping keep the team organized and focusing on improvement. I have continued my coaching education, through becoming a level 4 coach through USA Hockey, attending a coaching goalie clinic, leading the state level camp for girls' hockey, and attending the district level camp as an evaluator and coach. It has all been a blessing and has opened up great opportunities and created awesome new relationships within the hockey community.
