Mip Sales Specialist
Current* Performs inventory functions with high level of accuracy * Actively takes steps to reduce percentages of obsolete inventory (vehicles not in fleet, discontinued items, poor turnover rates) * Ensures correct labeling of parts locations * Use parts usage reports for year-to-date analysis and recommendations for addition and/or deletion of parts to program * Place/coordinate customer orders as needed * Work with customer to determine proper stocking levels * Follow-up with customers on same day of original call * Attempts to increase customer satisfaction * Evaluates and conveys part quality concerns to management * Performs other duties as assigned or required
