Developed and maintained all “always on” customer journeys for BOQ Group (BOQ, BOQ Business, myBOQ, Virgin Money and ME Bank) in Adobe Campaign Standard. Implemented Multichannel journeys using email, SMS and push notifications and worked on some backend technical configuration. Created custom tables and configured and managed the import, export and data update workflows for all tables. This role involved the use of the marketing automation platform, Eloqua. I was tasked with assisting the management of the platform for FCTG Corporate’s six brands across 16 nations. Some of my responsibilities include:+ Working with the brands to design campaigns to best convert leads + Mass reporting using Eloqua Business Intelligence, Salesforce and/or Klipfolio+ Regular system maintenance+ Training Eloqua marketing and Engage users + Monitoring and assisting Eloqua’s integration with Salesforce+ System onboarding of new countries and brands

Internship at 101.9 Paradise FMA not for profit community radio station serving the Northern Rivers of NSW.I learnt journalistic skills, copywriting, scheduling & logistics, broadcasting and data collection. I have also spent time recording some pieces for various sponsors to be broadcast on air.
