Reporting directly to the CFO, oversee a global team of 64 controllership professionals, driving accurate financial reporting, ensuring robust financial controls, and continuously improving processes. - Led the establishment of our Finance strategy, which we built into the 3 pillars of "Great Place to Work, Continuous Improvement, and Achieving Results". This process drove engagement and performance reviews throughout all levels of the team, and successful achievement of our vision (shown in the results below) of a best-in-class controllership organization.- Led implementation of continuous improvements in Accounts Payable (33% headcount reduction while improving moral through improved processes), Receivables (reduced customers past dues by 38% or $3M through improved processes), FX Risk Management (reduced $7M of FX exposure in China and Thailand), Shared Service Setup (transitioned to lower cost resources in Poland), Balance Sheet Reconciliations (100% implemented across all 20 legal entities globally), and Global Accounting Policies (standardized 40 key global accounting policies).- As a strategic business partner, led three large strategic business projects including (1) acted as Interim General Management of APAC for 6 months (while overseeing 300+ employees enhanced the management communication rhythm, initiated immediate cost-saving initiatives, and expanded into a high growth adjacent industry) (2) facilitated the China team in development of their China 2-3 Year strategy with 5 key actions and associated financials targets and (3) am leading the post-acquisition integration of International Cutting Dies, the most recent acquisition in September 2024.

Provided strategic leadership to business within Meritor’s 7-member Corporate Strategy team responsible for developing M&A strategy supporting a $4B revenue and 19 country business model.- Successfully developed a long-term model for an expanding market, driving to $1.5B in electrification revenue by 2030, used for internal strategy and external communication.- Directed leadership alignment using best practice McKinsey 9-Box (Market Attractiveness vs Business Unit Strength) to allocate resources across our 18 business units.- Led M&A (mergers and acquisition) target valuation resulting in a cost saving of $50m. - Developed and presented strategic findings and recommendations to C-suite executives, ensuring there is a well thought out, fact based, and concise “story” to aid in their decision making.

Responsible for executing corporate priority finance projects around the world, which included roles in Corporate Strategy, Corporate FP&A, Brazil and China Business Units, tailored for leadership talent.- Designed and tracked revenue towards our corporate targets by initiative, and reported out to C-suite, playing a part in a successful $500M revenue improvement. - Organized system for tracking freight costs by supplier, while identifying a freight savings opportunity that was implemented and saved the company 100k annually.- Initiated and managed the restructuring of approximately 2000 unique routings into standardized routings that could be easily maintained, eliminating cost inaccuracies of +-10%.

Co-led the establishment and startup phase of a $1.5M factory in Shanghai, China. The established factory produced the highest quality and growth metrics of all sites within the business. Responsible for multiple operational departments at different times, including Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Quality, Production, Engineering Projects, and ERP Systems.- Led the introduction of a business management system, that ensured business process effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability throughout the organization.- Analyzed global profitability by product and increased gross margins by 30%.- Produced the highest margins in the company.- With $1.5M in invested capital, established a sustainable operation with $2.0M in revenue. - Obtained Gits best site performance in PPM (parts per million) and on-time-delivery near 100%.
