Support incremental vehicle, parts, and service sales by consulting with Toyota and Scion dealerships on establishing effective digital processes for consumer lead management and response as well as assisting dealers with consumer digital marketing and merchandising efforts.Specifically, the DDM works to ensure that each dealer is operating within all Toyota and Scion guidelines including approved Market Representation dealership domain policies, all Toyota Dealer Marketing Covenant (TDMC) guidelines, Scion covenant digital guidelines, and within the framework of the Enterprise Lead Management System (ELMS) and Toyota Dealer Digital Solutions (TDDS) agreements and systems.The DDM analyzes and assesses dealership digital systems and processes to guide dealership management in supporting sales and fixed operations while assisting dealers in attaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The DDM will be expected to become proficient in the use of analytical tools such as ELMS and the Dealer Digital Evaluation (DDE) in order to provide dealers with thorough analysis and solid recommendations for improvement for both the Toyota and Scion brands. The DDM should be able to assist dealerships with establishing sound processes in order to achieve incremental sales that align with regional digital goals and objectives. The DDM should also be able to assist dealerships with digital marketing, social media, and reputation management strategies for both Toyota and Scion. The DDM should communicate regularly with other district field travelers to ensure clarity and clear understanding of all digital related action items being addressed at the dealerships within assigned districts. The DDM should assist District Field Teams with coaching and guidance in the development of action plans to set and achieve digital process and marketing goals.

As a District Parts and Service Manager, Mr. Johnson’s job responsibilities center around leading his dealers to improvements in retention and customer satisfaction while achieving parts and customer labor sales growth in the fixed operations departments. Ryan is also responsible for consulting with his dealers on process improvements that will ultimately lead to these goals. Ryan also oversees goodwill spending, warranty expense, training needs and marketing efforts for the dealerships he calls on. The responsibilities of a District Parts and Service Manager also include monthly assignments such as: Submission of mid-month and month-end pacesetters, Completion of SMAP logs for SOX compliance, Completion of warranty expense control contacts, itineraries, contact reports and overseeing training needs and training class enrollments.
