I manage a team of both internal and external salespeople and have full responsibility for company growth and success. MCP Fixings is a part of SIG plc.

I relocated to Teeside for the role of Account Manager for the Construction trade in NE England. I moved to Merseyside after 2 years to take up a role in the M&E division covering the North West. I also supported with internal marketing and the roll-out of a new CRM system (Salesforce). I completed proof-testing, communication, and leadership training while at Hilti.

I developed marketing strategy for this non-profit organisation and led a team to increase awareness, marketability and interaction with Break The Mould. Our aim was to improve the lives of as many service users as possible. We targeted schools and youth organisations in the Merseyside region and provided educational activities to disadvantaged young members of society. I did this role voluntarily alongside my permanent role at Hilti.
