Focus areas include Tiling, Painting, Plastering, Brick Laying, Electrical & Plumbing, as well as Entrepreneurial & Business Skills. Our Charitable work continues to grow with a focus on the local communities around our developments & scholarships for selected students studying degrees relevant to future work in the Balwin environment. Key events include the Balwin Sport Marathon Series, Thaba Festival of Sport, Ultimate Athlete, various Gauteng & SA Regional & National Cycling Events, Open Water Swimming Races in our development lagoons & teaching vulnerable communities to swim through our Learn to Swim program, as well as Soccer Coaching for the kids in our developments.
