About Ryan Kantor

I partner with category and innovation managers to lead primary research for the food service innovation, towel, tissue, and beverage teams. Projects include a mix of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and are often executed in-house. My responsibilities include research design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, programming on Qualtrics, analysis, focus group/IDI moderation, reporting, and presenting results that include business recommendations. Additionally, I frequently work in cross-functional teams with legal and marketing to earn and catalog claims and with engineering throughout new product development.Prior to joining GP, I graduated from Clemson (Summa Cum Laude) with a BS in Marketing. While at Clemson, I wrote for the school newspaper and served as a member of the IPTAY student advisory board. I'm still a member of IPTAY and write for several major Clemson sports outlets as a hobby.After graduating from Clemson, I began the Master of Marketing Research (MMR) Program at Georgia. Coming out of the MMR program in 2012, I was fortunate to start my career in research with Bellomy in Winston-Salem. There I contributed to the planning, execution, and reporting of research projects for various clients, primarily Fortune 500 CPGs. I joined Georgia-Pacific from Bellomy in July of 2014.
