Ryan has the capacity to help motivate a group to arrive to a consensus decision. Ryan also works well with others, follows the rules of the group, and is willing to express his views. Perhaps Ryan’s greatest strengths are his open mindedness, flexibility, and willingness to consider the perspectives and life experiences of others. He is thoughtful and slow to make assumptions. He considers various points of view and is willing to learn from others. Ryan is also creative in critical problem solving situations and uses his intelligence to work well with others and navigate through complex material. Ryan is a good leader: he is humble, considerate, and collaborative. When he participates in class, his comments often reflect a sophisticated understanding of the topic and high levels of intelligence.I expect a lot of my students in terms of their professional and academic development.
