Led a transition period of bringing a remote country-office of 15 full-time and 60 part-time employees up to speed with headquarter's processes & policies. Eventually, through a time of phasing-out of that region and shutting down of projects in all 7 of our communities and the closing of our own Lodge; much due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Led a team of 12 Trip Facilitators and 2 Trip Coordinators, who were responsible for the planning and execution of WE's service-learning experiences for about 2,000 youth and 400 Adult/Corporate/VIP clients including CEO's and celebrities. Oversaw and was responsible for the Program Content and Logistics of our Youth, Adult/Family, Corporate, and Special Experience Trips portfolio. Personally led the facilitation/hosting of around 12 high-touch client trips per year. Facilitated programs & conversations aimed at strengthening individuals/companies relationships with their giving/charitable journeys. Managed the relationships/contracts of about 10 Suppliers.

Engaged new and current partners with WE (formerly Free the Children) and their development efforts within Ecuador. Owned the portfolio for all Adult/Corporate/VIP clients, growing it from about 100 guests per year to 400 guests per year. Worked to cultivate meaningful experiences for corporate and family partners, ensuring that programming supports and grows engagement with WE. WE saw an increase in donations to Ecuador in the millions during this time, resulting in large growth for projects. Also managed the relationships/contracts of about 10 local suppliers. Would personally lead about 25 trips per year, including high-touch clients such as CEOs and celebrities.

Led short-term, international service-learning experiences for high-school & university aged youth, adults, families, corporate partners, & high-touch Special Experience clients. Facilitated the entirety of the experience, including ensuring the groups' health & safety, groups' logistics, interaction with local culture, leadership & team-building workshops, action planning workshops, and organic conversations connecting people with issues closest to them, while utilizing & supporting WE's resources.
