Worked with Miami Valley Child Development Centers in Dayton, Ohio, managing the technical platforms for their Virtual Head Start Program. Also providing technical assistance on other projects. Worked with other Head Start agencies in a consulting role on various technical projects.

The Planning and Data Manager role was responsible for a broad range of Head Start functions. My responsibilities included: Strategic Planning, IT Liaison, Self-Assessment, Community Assessment, managing Focus Area Reviews, IT Support for staff and teachers, management of all internal databases, ChildPlus administrator, TSGold administrator, software implementation, Designed and implemented Quality Improvement Process, Quality Assurance (including HR review, Governance review, Health and Safety Reviews, Playground inspections, Facilities inspections, Transportation reviews,) All data collection (including surveys), analysis, and reporting. Produced Quarterly Reports, Annual Report, internal dashboards. Responsible for PIR. Reported directly to Head Start Director and carried out all Director-level projects. Managed ERSEA and Grant Administrator. Helped write multiple Continuation grants and one Baseline grant. Worked closed with Grants Administrator to provide data for HS/EHS grant and EHS-CCP grant.

Taught 5 sections of high school English to juniors and seniors. I had 150 students from varying backgrounds with diverse and sometimes challenging needs. I was responsible for developing all lesson plans and overall course content following state and school mandated guidelines. I was also responsible for preparing students to take state-mandated ACT tests in order to reach state-wide score benchmarks. As a teacher, I was also responsible for motivating students to do their best work and to be engaged with the material.

Processed quantitative marketing research studies using Mentor software package. Provided timely deliverables primarily for pharmaceutical clients. Utilized SPSS to provide alternate deliverables. Managed department project to streamline external coding process.

Processed marketing research studies utilizing Quantum Software Tabulation Package in a UNIX environment. Programmed quantitative marketing research studies using Decipher software package. Contributed to cross-functional teams dedicated to client satisfaction.

Coordinated 250+ studies/year. Supported both Mumbai production staff and global Client Service staff. Served as liaison between technical and analytical groups. Worked on several Lean process improvement projects. Emphasis on facilitating communication between technical and non-technical personnel. Tracked status of 20+ studies per week.
