Ryan joined Think Research in the early years of the organization, while the business was primarily oriented around paper-based order set solutions. From 2008 - 2013, Ryan led application design and development as the organization grew from 5 to 60+ employees and from 60 to 300 hospital clients and transformed from a paper-based organization to a content and technology solutions company. During that time, Think Research introduced products for Electronic Order Entry, forms processing, 'Big Data' analytics and more.In mid-2013, Ryan's focus switched from day-to-day IT development management to Innovations and Emerging Products and worked with clients and developers on new application capabilities for Medication Reconciliation, Co-ordinated Care Plans, Resource Utilization and Optimization, Patient Population & Outcomes Research tooling & more.

Support and Development on Fidelity's workflow management application - redeveloped much of the client code, reducing overall complexity and size of the source code base by 10's of thousands of lines.Lead the technical design and development of Fund2Fund, Fidelity's mutual fund comparison tool.
