• Responsible for the operation and development of the water management business in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Utah, including but not limited to hydraulic fracturing treatments & chemicals, produced water reuse systems, and salt water disposal wells.• Build upon and improve the culture of safe operational excellence.• Identify, hire, and develop strong candidates to support a growing operation.

• Primarily tasked with the expansion and development of the Production Technologies business line into the US North Region (California, Rockies, and Northeast US).• Responsible for hiring and development of new staff for operation of emerging business.• Support and participate in active field survey and trial activities to drive new business opportunities.• Grew Production Chemicals business line from zero to a run rate of >$10M/yr in less than 18 months.• Managed ramp-up and mobilization of large team, new facilities, and equipment to service rapidly expanding business in the Bakken region of North Dakota.

• Responsible for operational and financial performance (P&L) of M-I SWACO Production Technologies business in the US West Coast District.• Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making effecting the business goals of the district in accordance with the goals of the North American Market.• Champion revenue growth and expansion by empowering the sales team to aggressively pursue new opportunities within the district.• Ensure Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are met or exceeded at all times, provide a positive example for all employees to continuously improve in these critical areas.• Maintain that all operations, logistics, and facilities are fully compliant with local and federal regulations/authorities including OSHA, EPA, DOT, AQMD, APCD, and others.• Manage client relations within the district to ensure our expectations for service and product quality are being met and exceeded.• Provide direct supervision of area supervisors, account managers, technical service engineers, and field staff in the district, as well as oversee logistics and distribution to guarantee consistent and timely delivery of products.

• Responsible for field operations, personnel, business development, and client relations, in addition to inventory and supplier management in the Bakersfield and Southern California areas for production chemicals & technologies.• Managed major client accounts and oversaw all flow assurance and integrity management programs in the Los Angeles Basin.• Directly accountable for the financial performance of the product line in geographical area of responsibility• Oversaw expansion of technical and operational staff in the area, with improved perception from major clients due to increased quality of service• Assisted in large-scale review of all current integrity management and flow assurance programs, improving product offering and increasing service quality, resulting in expansion of programs.

• Business development, field engineering, and technical support for sorbent product clientele worldwide.• Helped the business unit stabilize and grow through the difficult 2008+ world oil & gas market downswing.• Support of research and development efforts for new H2S sorbent products.• Expanded dry H2S sorbent technology into new and existing markets through the field trial process.• Maintain total project oversight for Direct Oxidation (DO) sulfur recovery technology, responsible for marketing, field testing, quoting, and client coordination.
