Thrilled with the opportunity to return to such a great place like CHA, and excited to (re)embrace the contractor role! Why wouldn't I be when the good people at TriCom, people like Gene Pitts (www.linkedin.com/pub/gene-pitts/0/a9b/4a1) and Mendy Mainard (www.linkedin.com/pub/mendy-mainard/4/48b/46a), just make it so easy to do?!

Children's Hospital Association (CHA, formerly CHCA), contracted through www.TriComTS.com.Lead developer on new project to visualize large sets of sensitive data. User filters data through drag-and-drop controls. Wrote complex XSLT and library of modular javascript (IIFE's, closures). SOA used app-wide through WCF. Project was released to CHA clients in late 2012, was positively recieved, met all objectives and was a success. Moved on to enhance other apps and close numerous bugs. Great people, awesome experience. Other projects around this timeframe:- Assisted CHR Solutions (www.chrsolutions.com) in creating a new corporate website, utilizing the Umbraco CMS. Had no previous experience with Umbraco, but plenty with Umbraco framework technologies like XSLT, Razor, .Net., as well as experience with other CMS's. Fixed issues dealing with the rss feed, display, plugins/macros, and created new macros. Site went live late 2012.- Created portal for members (carriers of 4g wireless service) of NetAmerica Alliance (www.netamericausa.com) . Potal allows potential users of 4G wireless to input their address and then see on a map where they fall in the service area layout. The resultant map displays the wireless provider's service areas, then displays a message letting the user know if they can recieve wireless service from this carrier. Service areas are complex ‘polygons with holes’. KML files store member-specific service area data sets. The map display goes through the Google Maps API. Portal is dynamically skinned based on originating site.- Jumped in on a project already past deadline for Adcuda (www.adcuda.com) . In short period of time, I: 1) implemented online signature functionality to allow mouse or touch to sign online invoice, 2) implemented credit card functionality with full client-side validation and communication with Authorize.net, 3) corrected mathematical problems in critical part of app, and 4) served as the technical resource during meetings
