Controller
Current- Lead and oversee the day to day management of all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, internal controls, cash management, payroll, and inventory
- Effectively manage accounting department of four (2 AP specialists, 1 Sr. accountant, and 1 staff accountant) in a broad range of accounting operations, providing oversight and direction to the accounting team
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls by constantly communicating with other departments and reviewing procedures
- Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, & year end close
- Prepare consolidation and elimination entries for the year end audit and interim financial statements
