Established by Yul Ku in 1985, Koos Manufacturing, Inc. is the premier jeans manufacturer in Los Angeles and the only vertically integrated jeans factory on the West Coast. We’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognizable fashion brands and now focus exclusively on AG Jeans and Big Star, with every step of production—from the initial stages of design all the way through washing and finishing—performed by us. We pride ourselves on creating the best products on the planet while continually striving to do so in the most efficient and sustainable manner possible. Our state-of-the-art production facilities at our South Gate, California headquarters and our sister location in Aguascalientes, Mexico utilize the very latest technology, allowing us to be at the cutting edge of denim fabrication.
