Program Manager:Enterprise Datawarehouse / Business Intelligence – Aided the data engineering and business intelligence teams in developing data as a platform for departmental business analysts. Crafted an Agile process for the development of data and dashboard layers in response to stakeholder requests for new and improved analytical insights. Business Analyst:Ran regressions on sales comp numbers for prior years to set a baseline for a compensation change, ensuring that agents total compensation didn’t deviate too far from expectations set by prior months. Recovered $250,000 for the company by analyzing finance & technical reports from our partner D&BCC and identifying missing cohorts between their own reports. Provided ongoing analysis of errors caused by systems integrated with partners using Splunk to aggregate error logs.
