Website Redesign – Organized and reported on the effort to redesign the LZ website and change our architecture to support responsive design to enable us to stop the maintenance required of having both a desktop and a mobile website. Sales Compensation – Led a full revamp of the sales compensation system to align agent incentives with the company’s goals. Ensured that all stakeholders were able to maintain day to day activities and functionality. Created new reports and generated new processes for report delivery for Finance and Technology teams. Business Analyst:Ran regressions on sales comp numbers for prior years to set a baseline for a compensation change, ensuring that agents total compensation didn’t deviate too far from expectations set by prior months. Recovered $250,000 for the company by analyzing finance & technical reports from our partner D&BCC and identifying missing cohorts between their own reports. Provided ongoing analysis of errors caused by systems integrated with partners using Splunk to aggregate error logs.
