I like to build things and solve problems. With extensive senior and executive leadership experience in operations, I know first-hand what it’s like to make decisions that have consequences. Deep experience as an operational leader has taught me that leadership starts and ends with empathy, driving my passion to help people and organizations achieve their goals. I am a client delivery specialist skilled in leadership, organizational change management (OCM), human performance and learning, designing communication strategy, program management and project management. A natural workshop facilitator and thoughtful coach, I love to help operational leaders get the job done.Recently, I’ve used these skills and passion to build the OCM and learning capability at one of our nation’s largest healthcare providers; designed, developed, and delivered a train-the-trainer and train-the-masses program for a large regional bank’s transition to a cloud banking platform; and led the OCM program for a national healthcare specialist moving their technology team to an IT service management operating model.Other client delivery experience includes creating role clarity for the IT organization within a large healthcare provider; and facilitating a feasibility study and go to market analysis for an international retailer. I’ve led OCM for enterprise transformation efforts for Salesforce, Workday, UKG Pro Workforce Management, ServiceNow, and ITSM.
