Ryan Lynch is the leader of US Hotel Account Management at IReckonU (IRU), a hospitality middleware firm based out of the Netherlands. IRU is committed to empowering the hospitality industry by putting guests at the center of new digital foundations. Ryan advocates for IRU’s clients in the US and serves as the first point of contact for the IRU’s US-based business. Previously Ryan served as the Head of Business Development for Tourism Economics (TE), a market leader in travel and tourism forecasting and consultancy that forms part of Oxford Economics, one of the world’s leading global forecasting and quantitative analytics firms. Prior to joining TE, Ryan had spent 5 years with STR, an industry leading hospitality benchmarking and analytics firm. During his career, Ryan became a respected resource for industry insights and analysis having been featured in LodgingMagazine and on HotelNewsNow, and regularly delivered a variety of hospitality industry presentations at conferences and events across North America. Currently Ryan serves on the National Board of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA) Under 30 Gateway Committee and is an active member of Young Hospitality Investment Professionals (YHIP). Ryan was recognized as a 2019 Finalist for the Nashville Emerging Leadership Award in Hospitality presented by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. In 2022 Ryan completed his MBA in Hospitality at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, the first and oldest hospitality school in the world.
