I develop new features and bug fixes for our software, and work on an agile team with 5 other developers. I'm responsible for full stack .NET development for my portion of the software suite, which includes frontend, backend, API, database, testing, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment. I Utilize C#, Javascript, SQL, and other languages to work on our application. I use many different software tools such as Docker, Visual Studio, SSMS, IIS, PowerShell, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Azure, Azure Devops, Postman, and others.

I started this position at Emergency Reporting, and ESO bought the company few months afterward. I work with customers to set up an interface that allows the third party software they use to export data automatically into our software. I also work on formatting the data and troubleshooting any issues that occur in the process. My work frequently has me working with different methods of transmitting data such as SFTP and web service calls. I work with several different coding languages with a few being XML, HTML, XSLT, and .NET regular expressions. I utilize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services regularly to help setup different interfaces.

This was at Emergency Reporting before it was bought by ESO. I assisted emergency responders whenever they need help using our software which helps them report their work to the government. I work in depth with software and customers on a daily basis. I work on a Kanban team and I'm a subject matter expert in multiple parts of our system. I also work directly with scrum teams to help fix bugs and complete user stories. I assist with maintaining the underlying code for our support website. I specialize in solving issues with data flowing between two different systems. I currently work from home and have virtual meetings on a daily basis.

During the non-holiday season, I continue being the auditor for the entire store's inventory. I'm currently still heavily involved in leadership, and I count product all over the store. I closely monitor shrink trends based off of my own counts and use multiple different programs (sometimes 6 or 7 at the same time) to do inventory research. I communicate out to the store on a week to week basis summaries and recaps of where the store is losing money, as well as advised on courses of action. I use excel and outlook for several hours each week, communicating with other stores and creating shrink trend reports

My main responsibility is to lead the inventory and merchandising teams, making sure the store is prepared to open each morning. I'm responsible for daily leadership tasks including things like running the manager phone and building maintenance checks.

I opened the store and was in charge for the first three hours for 5 days a week. My main responsibility was to lead the inventory and merchandising teams, making sure everything ran smoothly. I was responsible for daily leadership and keyholding tasks. Leading up to the position I trained a part-time employee as a personal replacement to cover Inventory auditor position while I took over leadership duties. We ended up finishing the year very strong and hit all of our goals.

After volunteering to do the work when the previous auditor was on vacation, I was promoted to the auditor for the entire store's inventory. I was heavily involved in leadership throughout the department and store. I counted and organized product as my primary role. I closely monitored shrink trends and used multiple different programs (sometimes 6 or 7 at the same time) to do inventory research. I communicated out to the store on a week to week basis summaries and recaps of where the store was losing money, as well as advised on courses of action. I would use excel and outlook for several hours each week, communicating with other stores and creating shrink trend reports.

During this time I led the team that unloaded 10ft high pallets of product (sometimes refrigerators over 400lbs) and led weekly the pricing team. I completed all of the store merchandising tasks such as setting up laptop displays, setting new planograms, and down stocking. I also put up all of the weekly merchandising signage (such as banners and easel signs) around the store and led the pricing team every week. I worked the daily paperwork duties which included monitoring inbound/outbound shipments in order to prevent loss to the company. Starting off we used paper BOLs, and eventually transferred to an electronic BOL system. I trained a part-time associate who went on to become full time, and later on leadership. I often picked and shipped out large amounts of product to customer homes through UPS and other carriers. I was responsible for processing and monitoring shipments of returned product and recycling.

Worked on the team that unloaded large shipments of product, and worked on the pricing team. Later on, I was the primary closing employee, often time running the whole warehouse by myself. I was going to Whatcom community college full time from 2010-2012 and was not seeking full time until 2013.
