Drove product strategy, capital investment and global support (Engineering, Application Development, Operations, Data Acquisition and Measurement Sciences) for Nielsen’s Mobile Audience Measurement products. Primary responsibilities included leadership as part of commercial and product executive teams, alignment of business strategy to support capabilities, program management for capital-intensive development efforts, and day-to-day oversight of product delivery.* New Product Introduction: Established Nielsen’s Mobile Audience Measurement and Device Analytics businesses, recognized by Advertising Age as a “Top 10 Moment in Mobile Industry” for 2011. Led a global, cross-functional team of 200+ in the design, architecture, development and deployment of a measurement platform for smart phones and tablets. Grew revenue by $15MM in <18 months.  * Acquisition & Integration: Led the acquisitions and integrations of Arbitron and Scarborough for the Operations function. Spearheaded initiatives to fully standardize operational processes, including 5,600 hours of training for new offshore associates.  Optimized processes to eliminate 6,500 hours of annual labor, maintaining 100% on-time quality delivery, and achieving $7MM productivity.* Organization Transformation: Implemented a new model for the Nielsen Audio Operations organization, including aligning resources by skill set and moving 80+ roles to increase offshore leverage by 50%.  * Operational Excellence: Led deployment of High Availability Team and Incident Management processes to handle critical issues for Nielsen’s $3.5B Buy business. Established key performance indicators for teams and vendors, reducing critical incidents by 40% and time to resolve incidents by 75%.

* Served on a team of recognized technology leaders supporting IT infrastructure integration for small strategic acquisitions and large industry consolidation efforts. Led the global delivery of GE standard infrastructure assets (network, security, server, PC), end-user services (directory services, enterprise software, collaboration tools), and IT processes (compliance, identity management, data privacy) to 18 acquired companies, spanning 15 countries, 175+ global sites, and 18,000 end users. * Developed comprehensive due diligence templates and an integration playbook to streamline deal valuations and enable rapid integration execution. * As part of integrating Abbot Laboratories’ Diagnostics and Point of Care businesses (an $8.1B “carve out”), led the IT processes and end-user integration work streams, including: the creation and valuation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA), a detailed execution plan for exiting TSAs to eliminate $40MM operating expense, and establishing a “Day 1” operating strategy to enable collaboration tools and critical system access that ensured post-acquisition business continuity.
