As President of Chenega Advanced Solutions and Engineering, LLC (CASE), responsible for developing and implementing CASE's strategic vision, direction, goals and objectives. By utilizing our GSA Alliant SB Contract and SPAWAR Pillars (CI20 and TCI), grow and build on CASE's existing portfolio and capabilities in the areas of engineering, federal acquisition and information technology professional services. In addition to strategic development, manage, direct and oversee the full life cycle of CASE's operations, to include business development, operational management, financial planning and reporting to senior executive leadership and Chenega shareholders.

Chenega Logistics (CL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation. Responsibilities here included the planning and direction of the organization's operational policies, objectives, goals, and initiatives. Other responsibilities included setting and attainment of short and long-term financial goals and operational strategic positioning; as well as management of a team currently consisting of 105 FTE’s. By leveraging Chenega Corporation’s knowledge as an ANC, I played an integral role in getting CL successfully admitted into the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program to assist us in our pursuit of federal government contract opportunities. Responsible for developing strategic relationships with potential and existing customers and business partners to promote CL as a leader in the information technology industry. Duties also included the management, direction, and oversight of all business operations and financial matters pertaining to the company, to include company budget preparation, execution and accuracy of financial reporting, contracts negotiation and compliance.

Managed, oversaw and delivered services to support a 5-year, $60M IDIQ contract that consisted of twenty-two task orders with diverse and complex work requirements ranging from Imagery Analysis, SETA support to Joint C4ISR programs, IT services, Network Engineering, Web Development, Logistics and Training support. Also provided SETA support to Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), the aforementioned C4ISR program. Managed cost, schedule and performance of the entire contract, ensuring that 35 employees and five subcontractor teams delivered services on schedule and under budget. Oversaw procurement requirements in excess of $10M, ensuring that products were delivered to support TEC programs. Provided proposal and pricing support to Contracts and Finance for new Task Orders, RFPs and scope additions to existing task orders; developed technical proposals to support emerging TEC requirements and provided quick turnaround to execute these requirements.

Managed subcontractor team of Acquisition, Logistics and Project Coordination professionals for Chenega Federal Systems, interfacing with Prime Contractor PM and government leadership to provide Operations support to the REF mission. Consultant to REF and ASA(ALT) leadership as Acquisition XO; provided high level briefing support and coordination with ARSTAFF and Army PEO’s and PM’s. Provided direction to staff on emerging requirements and project coordination required to meet demanding schedules for delivery of new technologies for the Warfighter.

Managed and Developed Computer Based Training and New Equipment Training for ASK Program. Guided multi-disciplined teams and support subcontractors in development of training for CONUS and OCONUS Special Operations Groups. The nature of the work included RDT&E efforts to develop or enhance geospatial sensors and intelligence support tools, geospatial enterprise services, computer based training and platfrom instruction of U.S. Army Special Operations Groups, several OCONUS Groups, the Topographic Engineering Center and Other Government agencies.

Charged with investigating and maintaining a caseload of Single Scope Background Investigations for Defense Security Service (DSS). Worked in TOC to increase volume of cases completed and assisted in instruction and training of new case managers. Worked in a competitive team environment to ensure appropriate goals of case closures were met, and managed field investigators in order to complete outstanding investigations. Completed quality assurance checks and managed caseload to ensure that DSS reviews were exemplary.

Coached, instructed and mentored Emotionally Disabled high school students. Managed and maintained classroom instruction as well as behavior management practices to ensure intellectual and social development of students. Coordinated state, county, and national standardized testing for the entire school population. Demonstrated ability to work under stressful and difficult conditions while helping students to achieve academic and personal goals. Collaborated with students, parents, and coworkers to complete action plans and determine needed services for individual students.
