Managed cost, schedule and performance of the entire contract, ensuring that 35 employees and five subcontractor teams delivered services on schedule and under budget. Oversaw procurement requirements in excess of $10M, ensuring that products were delivered to support TEC programs. Provided proposal and pricing support to Contracts and Finance for new Task Orders, RFPs and scope additions to existing task orders; developed technical proposals to support emerging TEC requirements and provided quick turnaround to execute these requirements.
