All three cases were successfully appealed which resulted in over 1 million dollars being removed from the client’s worker’s compensation record.- An airport ground services provider in a heated collective bargaining negotiation which garnered national attention as any potential strike action would have shut down an international airport. The stalemate was resolved to the client’s satisfaction without the airport being required to shut down.- Numerous nonresident employers in the registration and hiring process of Canadian nationals working remotely for US entities.With a commitment to timely and tailored solutions, I ensure that clients receive well-rounded guidance that factors in relevant business considerations.
