Manage design and sales activities while continuing to design and submit small to large scale fire alarm systems for commercial, medical, educational, and industrial facilities.Build customer relations by reaching out to potential customers in order to open opportunities for our business. Partner with other fire alarm system providers, fire sprinkler providers, electrical and general contractors, owners and property management firms to get projects done on time and on budget.Leverage relationships with area AHJ's to increase the chances of submittals being approved or if not correct allowing North Texas Fire to adjust as necessary to make sure a project is correct from the outset. Estimate/take off fire alarm system layouts for bidding on upcoming fire alarm projects. Call on customers, keeping track of our market, and prepping projects for a successful outcome.

I am licensed in the State of Texas as Texas APS-1743780, Alarm Planning Superintendent. I currently focus on providing budgeting for ground-up construction or final bid pricing on new construction Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems.My background includes fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security system design, sales, installation, project coordination, and inspections. Johnson Controls has the ability to provide installation, repair, retrofit, service, and preventive maintenance/inspections on 95% of all typical building systems.If fire protection/suppression systems are required I have the ability to, with my teammates, provide pricing for new fire suppression systems, fire pumps, or sprinkler service/inspections when requested. I will have to pass anything non-construction related to a colleague that will insure you are taken care of.We assist our clients in determining AHJ requirements to insure they are/will be code compliant or know what path they should take to insure their properties meet current code, are safe, and are poised for future expansion.
