As DOC1 administrator, I was responsible for all new development work, all maintenance as well as software installations, and upgrades. In my time there I converted most older applications to the most up-to-date version of DOC1. I also learned Elixer and ARC.

Responsible for learning DOC1 and creating all benefits related personalized communications for our clients. Managed the entire project lifecycle from requirements to the first printing. Coached and developed new associates.
