CurrentSenior revenue management analyst, responsible for managing partner exclusions on over 1000 restaurant clients and providing reporting and analysis.• Performed daily analysis on portfolio accounts to determine sales variance to approved targets and implement changes to exclusions. Data pulled from SQL databases to generate forecasts and analysis related to trends and performance. In 2017 provided an analysis that determined raising spend limits would overall have a minimal impact on client billing but would increase company revenue be $250K annually. In 2019 completed sensitivity analysis on a new partner launch to determine potential revenue and markets that could have significant increases in member activity.• Monthly tracking and reporting of KPI’s and performance of portfolio of cash accounts including weighted FICO, total portfolio balances, collection referrals and write offs. Quarterly reporting of exclusion percentages to identify trends and variances to historical levels.• Negotiate with the sales team regarding client requests for changes to existing contracts. Provide options to address client concerns and retain the client while not adding significant risk to the portfolio. • In 2019 developed an Excel model to track client’s performance to target on a weekly basis. This allowed me to more efficiently track a larger number of accounts and adjust the exposure as needed to optimize revenue.
