CurrentEscalation support specialist for call center ticket triage. ~800+ tickets opened per month to level 1 triage, 400 tickets closed in one year. 16+ different companies supported, at 40+ sites. Project leader for security camera system, on call rotation manager, RingCentral escalation and site printing. Vendor support contact for any number of issues. Remained in contact with the customer until the issue is resolved, either by me or by the vendor.
