DPV Health is a $50 million not-for-profit organisation that offers health care services to people of all ages across Hume, Whittlesea and Mitchell Local Government Areas. As one of Victoria’s largest and most comprehensive community health organisations, DPV Health provides an extensive range of medical, dental, allied health, paediatric, disability, mental health and programs to support vulnerable people. With over 600 staff and volunteers, we service a catchment of over 500,000 people across Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.I sit on the Board’s Community Engagement Committee in a renumerated capacity.

From December 2018, I was promoted to assume further responsibilities as Office Manager in addition to my existing Electorate Officer role, with overview of managing the office budget and operations, leading a team of 5 staff, and implementing effective reporting structures for monitoring both major projects and daily operations.

Managed and implemented communications strategies, engagement with community and industry stakeholders, local policy and demographic research, constituent casework, and provided key support in successful advocacy to secure funding for major projects.
