Ryan Osborn is the President of Junior Achievement of Central Iowa, an organization that empowers youth with the skillset and mindset to create a bright future. Junior Achievement’s value proposition includes real-world connections to education, expertise in experiential learning, and a deep understanding of workforce skills needed for the future. Since Ryan’s tenure began in 2016, Junior Achievement of Central Iowa has doubled its annual revenue and nearly tripled its student impact by annually serving over 38,000 students with over 440,000 instructional hours this past school year. Ryan has dedicated his career to helping young people believe in themselves through his work in the non-profit education sector. Before Junior Achievement, Ryan served on the administration team for a top-ranked high school in Iowa and was trained at one of the premier high schools in the country based out of Chicago. Ryan served two years in AmeriCorps, a “domestic peace corps” program that helps youth in our nation’s poorest communities. He holds a Master of Education from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Ryan has been recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Business Record.
