I was a key employee in this small, fast paced web design company. I was involved with most every aspect, including marketing, production, project management, phone/tech support, pitching, client management etc.

I would work with select administrators to design various posters, flyers, and table tents to promote phishing awareness, password security and the like.

I worked at York College's Information Technology Help Desk. When someone had a problem connecting to the internet, when a professor could not work one of the built in projectors, when someone had any sort of technical problem on campus, that person would call the Help Desk and I had to provide an answer to that problem.
