Fulfilled need for enterprise solutions expert handling support of Citrix, Cisco, Exchange, VMWare and all forms of disaster recoveries. Trained in-house replacement, now president, and left to focus on CITIG.

Responsible for formulating, executing and managing technical strategies for 20 clients within a commission based pay structure. Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, RIS, Terminal Services, DMS, SQL installations, upgrades and migrations. Cisco LAN/WAN implementations including 8 campus connectivity project. Wireless infrastructure design and installations.

Researched and designed a Linux LDAP and Windows Active Directory unification plan using Samba 3.0. Tested design in test lab environment in preparation for full scale implementation. Created and customized server monitoring via Linux scripts and Apache.

Took on network administrator responsibilities for 15+ servers, 1000+ workstations spanning 12 locations. Managed mixed mode Novell 5.0 and Windows 2k Active Directory network. Diagnosed and resolved a variety of network issues including netmask, CSU/DSU, DNS, SMTP, and VPN related problems. Set up RIS, CiscoWorks, Citrix, WebSense, IIS, Exchange and 2003 Servers.

Administrated and maintained Windows NT 4.0 network, with 2000+ users, including both software and hardware sides. Tasks included: Exchange management, website management via Microsoft IIS, Cisco switch/router setup, data backup/recovery, server hardware/software upgrade/repair, user rights/permissions management.

Worked for the Information Services Department in conjunction with the Human Services Cabinet, United Way and Red Cross in developing an online database of regional human services agencies in Access 2000 utilizing SQL and VBA.

Responsible for rollout and maintenance of 1700+ units including 75 lab computers requiring access control security.
