In this role, I manage key relationships with numerous Canterbury businesses. Responsibilities include: - Analysing clients’ business workflow processes and document management needs. - Evaluating current performance and suitability of all installed equipment and solutions. - Identifying any problem areas, provide recommended solutions (with supporting documentation). - Pro-actively seeking out opportunities for improvements such as cost savings, increased efficiency and productivity. - Monitoring the performance of installed equipment and provide regular reports. - Conducting meetings as required with key client staff members to review product and service performance levels and plan for future development. - Promoting environmentally responsible business practices.
