I joined X-Force Red Vulnerability Management Services to build out automation pathways within a team that relied heavily on manual workflows.I developed a VBA macro solution that automated a very heavy amount of manual data entry that allowed my team to process vulnerability data quicker while also reducing the risk of human error.I later developed an ad-hoc vulnerability scanning tool that integrated ServiceNow and Qualys services, enabling Qualys vulnerability scans to be configured and executed entirely through a ServiceNow support ticket, complete with reporting.
