In my experience, relationships with people are the driving force behind leverage into their lives and the one attribute that earns the right to have an influence. In ministry, business, advertising, marketing, communicating, fundraising, etc. relationships are the key factor that allow for an impact to be made in someone's life. My goal is to strengthen every relationship around me; I want to have better relationships with those I serve alongside, those I lead, and those I am trying to impact. If I can accomplish this, then success will flow freely.
