I am a Senior Data Scientist with an extensive background in both the public and private sector, currently producing meaningful, data-driven insights in the Social Housing and Homelessness sector with Homes NSW. I am driven by meaningful work that addresses pressing issues and allows me to apply my skillset to try and make the world a better place. I have technical expertise in R, Python, SQL, and various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, as well as a host of experience as a public policy analyst. I draw on this skillset to transform complex datasets into well presented bites of intelligence, to help inform the design of good policy, and to give rich, robust information to decision makers. I strive for excellence in my work, and keep my skillset sharp by staying connected to best practice methodologies and literature in data science and public policy.Outside of work, I am an avid chess player, music lover and am always eager to try fun new things.
