Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Engineer and Systems Architect for a rapid development prototype demonstration program for Lockheed Martin Space Advanced Development Programs (APD). Monitored program performance with cost and schedule, Technical Performance Measures (TPMs), as well as customer relations. Prepared and presented program briefings at critical milestone reviews (SRR, SDR, and PDR). In addition, created, managed, and presented Design Reference Mission (DRM) and CONOPS to senior LM and customer leadership. Served as a Systems Test Engineer designing, testing, and operating experimental space-based platforms using data analytics and test techniques to expand the envelope of operational capability for new and existing technology. Architected, coordinated and led multiple Air Space Integration (ASI) test campaigns designed to target and capture the customer’s desired objectives. Created and implemented CONOPS along with White Papers to ensure clear and concise communications between the test team and the customer. In addition, supported new proposal efforts as the Communications/Systems Architect for future ASI systems that support multi-domain communication using UCI communication standards. Also served as the Lead Systems Architect for a Small Sat program, responsible for creating and managing the Design Reference Mission (DRM), DoDAF Framework (OV, SV, CV, etc), Segment Architecture, and CONOPS. Developed space/ground architectures, requirements definition and verification, and preparing/briefing at multiple critical milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, and CDR). Finally, supported proposal efforts focusing on new disruptive technology in the market in order to secure new multi-million-dollar contracts. Tasks included writing and reviewing Interface Control Documents (ICD), authoring and reviewing BOEs, and performing market research.

Worked with the flight and missions operations team to plan and conduct a wide array of testing for Flying Qualities, Air Vehicle Systems, Aircraft Flutter, Fuel Systems, Static Loads, and Propulsion systems. Responsible for planning and creating flight test cards, leading mission briefings/debriefings, and conducting flight test operations from the flight test control room. Additional responsibilities included creating tools to help optimize test planning decision making.
