- Designed a contact center email client and workflow management application using C#/SQL. Used by 100’s of employees and has processed 80+ million emails (2001- Present).
- Developed a multithreaded, highly-parallel bulk mailer in C#, for subscribed customers, capable of extremely high sending rates. Includes integration with Content Management Systems (CMS) and list management systems.
